This is not a very nice subject but I need
to ask before I consult a dr. I am a
relatively healthy 58yr old female. My
bm's have always been easy and regular
until lately (for the past month or
so)when they have become infrequent and
extremely large and hard. When I can
finally go it is a real chore and I feel
very light headed afterwards.
I have waves of abdfominal pain when I eat
anything as it is digested. And today
when I wiped myself I felt a very hard
lump, not sore, right in front of my anus.
In the past I have been diagnosed with IBM
and the only meds I am on are Toradol and
Tylenol for arthritis.
Thanks

Very well could be a large internal
hemriod. I would have it checked out. I
had 5 removed at on time with one large
internal. All the rest were just hanging
around.
