What kind of pain medicine could I take with my antidepressants?I take Lexapro and Xanex.

Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) such as paracetamol, ketoprofen, ibuprofen, remoxicam, diklofenak etc. are possible pain management medicines that you can take in combination with anti-depressants, after consulting with your doctor.
