I have non sustained ventricular tachycardia.
I am currently taking Nebivolol beta blockers for the time being.

When I was discharged from hospital I was told I could swim lightly but no vigorous exercise.

Since then I have had an Exercise Tolerance Test. After this test the nurse and doctor told me that it looked normal and there were no flutters during the 15 minutes.

I was wondering if anyone knows what sports would be safe to play as my consultant won't speak to me til the 7th of April.

Thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure that deep, slow breathing and the practice of hatha yoga would help you. Have you ever tried yoga? Interested?
