One night I needed to pee but didn't go until the morning but straight after for about 4 days I felt the need to urinate constantly without anything coming out.

I drank lots of water and soon the symptoms got less.

my doctor felt some swelling a week after but i got my periods same day and all the symptoms dissapeared.

once i took my contraceptive pill and periods nearly finished i have started to feel the need that i have to go to the bathroom all the time.

i was tested for cystitis and chlymidia, but i don't have either.

there is some irritiation down there as well as the need to pee. does anyone know what this could be? i'm only 22 and hadn't had sex for 3 weeks before symptoms and still havn't.
