I hope I have the right forum.I've been having stomach pains today. It varies on its occurences. To start I can't eat breakfast because if I do it will go right through me with bad pain, diahreah, or rarely nothing.Today I thought I should eat some cheerios since I never really eat breakfast. After I finished I waited because I know I'll end up using the bathroom....and I did.I was about to go on a trip and then I got nauseas..stood still for a minute or two to catch my breath then I felt a little better. This tends to happend..especially when I'm doing something that day.If I'm not doing anything that day...just staying home I don't think it bothers me as much.I haven't had an appetite today. For dinner I had some ravioli and couldn't eat much considering that I barely had a lunch.Later I had some cake and took nearly two little bites and that's all I could eat....felt nauseas and sick so I go upstairs and take a shower to see if that will help.I felt like I had to throw up but I didn't.Well it's 10:00 PM and I guess this started at 9:00 AM.Occasionally I'll feel better during a day but it comes back. This has been happening for...about two years I think.I think I lost 20 pounds because of this.

Percautions Against Stomach Pain
I know pain in stomach can be sometime untolerable. I have suffered from stomach pain. At time of stomach pain I was unable to concentrate on my daily works like playing or studying. But a friend advice me a cure which can be made at home with honey and caraway. Boil approx 1 TBS caraway seeds in 3/4 cup water until the water turns 'tea' color. Drain the water, be careful to remove all seeds and mix with a small amount of sugar (not honey) to taste. Serve warm...approx 1/2-1 oz should do the trick. Result can be seen in 2 days.
