Discharge is normal, I get a lot everyday too, and I hate it, but u just have to deal with it. You should go buy some pantiliners from the store-my favorite are kotex or Always because they are thin. Changing them 2-3 times a day is normal, so don't trip! No one will ever see anything on your underwear, just remove them from ur panties before u put it in the laundry at the end of the day.
