I lost my remote hours and hours ago today, ive cleaned my house and everything and it is no where, like seriously, i looked int he fridge the cabinets under the couch and in the couch cushions in the basement under the tree, josephs room was cleaned tonight and the spare room up there, and i cant find it anywhere, who wants to be the first to invent a remote pager?? haha its annoying it was here before i left the house to check the mail and now its gone....... the remote control mosnter stole it!

haha it's prolly right in front of your face before. i've found many things in the fridge but you said you looked there sooo hmm the dryer?

looked there too, i looked everywher, except my bedroom, and the car, those are the only 2 places left, my house is spotless right now lol. And if it isnt in my car or my room my next guess is oneof the kids threw it away, and yeah it ook the trash out earlier after they went ot bed so il be screwed if it was in the trash. I even looked in the oven.

my best friends Beta fish dissapeared 3 days ago.

she left the room to get something, came back and *poof* gone.
shes looked EVERYWHERE lol.

(maybe her fish has your remote!)

did you check your purse? For some odd reason I put my remote in my purse once. Just not thinking I guess. Other odd places I've put my remote:

microwave
freezer
on top of the toilet tank
in my sock drawer

I found mine in the silverware drawer. I was so angry that I had lost it. I searched for it for days. Then I finally broke down and bought one. Then I found the old one.

They actually make little thingies that you can attach to your remotes, with a little control station. If you lose it, you just hit a button on the control station (1-4 I think) and it'll make the attached thingy start beeping.

Okay, I just read back over this ^^ and realized I said "thingy" every other word. I don't know what the device is called though, but my godparents have one so I know they exist!

it's always in the most stupid place and you hit yourself for not thinking to look there.

The only problem with a remote pager is that it would probably get lost more than the remote Laughing

I've "lost" the remote on top of the tv (or next to the phone) more times than I care to admit. Sad

Oh, or put it on the counter in the bathroom for some damn reason.
