If I ever feel that "weird" state coming
on from anxiety I do the following to
help:
- Light exercise
- Watch funny videos on YouTube (babies
laughing, kittens, animals, etc)
- Watch funny movies
- Watch nostalgic cartoons, movies, etc. A
lot of things can be found on YouTube
- Stick my head out the window and breathe
deeply and slowly
- Being around positive friends and
family
- Playing with animals and children
- Writing down how I feel every day
- Educate myself on anxiety/panic
attacks/disorders
Feel free to post what helps you! Maybe
our lists can help each other out!

I struggle more with stress and some SAD-
but when I'm feeling down, here's what I
do-
Exercise
Take a long, hot bath
Eat ice cream (not like sitting on a couch
with a tub of ice cream and a spoon, but
me and my husband go out to the ice cream
shop, it's a nice trip out of the house)
Sex (ok I'm being honest here)
