I've already cut out all soda. Which was HARD!!! I'm only drinking one coffee drink a week (or my head will explode)
I've started doing this 'Celebrity Work out' (it's on fittv) but, I'm not to impressed with it. When I get home I'll look up that hiit, it sounds really interesting.
I will start watching my carbs.

Man I love carbs, pasta is my best friend. Actually, I've done better with that to. I've switched to mostly veggis meals. But I still eat pasta when I want it. I guess that will be the next thing to change.
She didn't say how much I should lose. She just said that 'any weight lose will be beneficial'.
I go for my god appt on the 14th and I know they'll weight me.
