About 30 minutes ago I went on a walk with my mom (not far tho, didnt over-exert myself at all) we only walked down the street n back... Prolly a total of 3/4 a mile both ways.. Well, we only walked one way and we stopped and talked to the neighbors for about 10 minutes.. When we were there I was just standin there, theni felt sick and nauscious all the sudden.. So I knelt down on the ground well they talked for a few minutes cuz I felt realy weird and sick all the sudden.. Then I stood back up and I was really dizzy and got scared I guess cuz tears were runnin down my face and I dont even know why I was crying but I was was.. It was spinny around me and kept trying to take deep breaths that werent deep enough... I came home and sat down for 10 min and now I feel ok. Still feel a tiny bit sick but nothing big.. Do u think it was cuz I was in the sun too much today? I wasnt in it that long. .Only tanned for about 20 min. .But I sat out there for like 2 hours all together today prolly, mostly in the shade tho.. What do u think?

That is very typical during pregnancy! You only have to worry if they continue. That is the exact thing that was happening to me but it happened to me everyday. I found out I have hypoglycemia. So just keep an eye on it!

Hey
I think it's normal, but if it continues to get worse or anything see a doc!

I heard its normal during pregnancy. It happened to me all the time before I was pregnant though... My mom told me its from low blood sugar, and can be from low iron too... I get like that from standing still too long if im hungry or thirsty... But has only happened to me once since ive been pregnant... My mom always told me to eat somethin with sugar in it and I will feel better. If it happens often then tell your doctor about it and im sure he will do somethin to help you.

Well I went to my doctor on my last appt and he told me hes pretty sure I have 'gestational diabetes' (pregnancy diabetes) so I have to go get a 3 hour test on tuesday. Wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Yep that is probably why! Carry some crackers with you or hard candy and make sure you eat one every half hour or so. Also orange juice works good. They always say to eat something with sugar but sometimes I feel like soda or candy gives me too much and I still feel dizzy so crackers and orange juice work good for me!

Only prob is.. My doc says to stay away from sugar from now on cuz of the diabetes hes pretty sure I have. (get my 3 hour testing tomorrow, hoping hes wrong which he could be!) but crackers are a good idea, I will carry them with me thanks!
