Anyone know of any really good abs
excersises that I can try at home? I have
about 5 pounds of belly fat that I would
really like to lose. Well its probably
only like 3 but five all together or
maybe ten.
I dont know. I am just looking to tone up
really. Any advise?

Have you heard of the game DDR? That is a
good way how to loose weight an tone up at
the same time, it basically cardio but on
a harder level and it's fun to do and is
more likely to keep someone's interest.
But it can be pretty costy.
Another thing you could try is like
jogging for 4 miles, and walk 2 miles a
day. Add some weight lifting, or if you
don't have the equipment, push-ups. Try
doing sit-ups and stomach crunches as well
to tone your abs. Eating a balanced diet
will also help loose weight. Remember to
warm-up properly though and stretch your
muscles so you don't cause any injury.
