It's been a month now and I still have
been constipated. My stomach still has
been really gasy, I burp a lot and about
two days ago I had really runny diarrheia.
I have been feeling very full and hardly
ever hungry. I also I got sick yesterday
morning and I don't know why. When I have
a bowel movement, I have lots of mucus in
it. Please, can anyone tell me what could
be wrong with me?

This has been going on way too long.
Did you change anything at all about your
diet around the time this started? Were
you ill or on anti-biotics just before it
started? Did you move house? Use any
different chemicals? Anything that you
eat or breathe in or take (meds vitamins
etc) could be at the bottom of this.
You might try getting a high potency
acidopholus tablet/capsule 22 billion or
so per capsule to replace the good
bacteria in your stomach lack of which may
be the problem - just remember esults will
take awhile. Anti-biotics, diet change
etc can cause good bacteria to disappear
or different good bacteria to be needed.
Also consider your diet & what you
have eaten when you feel worst & what
when you feel better - it may be that you
need to change your diet.

Well, about 6 months ago I got on birth
control and that made me lose weight (
about 15 lbs.) I have hardly been eating
anything up until the last month. Ever
since I have been eating more and eating
better meals, I have been feeling better.
But, sometimes it shows up again. I
haven't been on any medications or
antibiotics either. It's not as bad as it
used to be so, i'm hoping, this will go
away soon without medication.

It could be irritable bowel syndrome. I
am glad it is getting better though.
Just keep an eye on when it happens.
Maybe certain foods are bothering you.
But it could also be stress.
