So I just got my wisdom teeth removed this morning... It wasn't to bad, I was completely out and don't remember a thing. But now I can't feel my face and I have this awful taste of blood in my mouth! Ew!

Anyone else have theres removed before?

2 days before Christmas about 3 years ago, I had two cut out and two pulled...it sucked....i was definitely NOT with it! haha! I looked like a chipmunk in Christmas pictures and then about 3 days after the surgery, the swelling went down and I got a little bit of yellow bruising...good luck with your recovery!

I just had mine taken out on Thrusday.
It's excruciating. I'm going through hell, they aren't healing properly they hurt like hell and one of the four is infected.
=( Hope after your numbness goes away you don't feel like this darling!
NOT FUN.

No I definately don't smoke so no worries there.

And mine weren't coming throught properly either. They were stuck under my jaw bone.

As soon as I can feel my mouth I'm gonna start popping the hydrocodine..aw I'm sure that stuff will make me feel fabulous!

I had mine out last year, a day before my 20th birthday. I got knocked out for it, and was completely drugged up afterwards. Funny thing is, right after I got it done, Thomas and I went up to the mountains for my birthday and I got proposed to. Hahaha.

Mine are hardly in, but both sisters of mine had theirs out so most likely mine are gonna have to come out one way or another, although I haven't been to the dentist in... omg 3 years!!

haha how romantic!

I had all four out also..not sure if I mentioned that before. So far so good. They are still bleeding but not too bad. I'm STARVING because I haven't ate since dinner last night. I'm actually doing really good, it didn't take me too long to get back with it after they put me to sleep and I have taken one hydrocodine and it really didn't make me too loopy at all.

And I will DEFINATELY be keeping them clean. They said I can't start cleaning them again until tomorrow but I will be right on that because the thought of dry sockets scares the $#*! out of me!
