First Period In a Year And a Half...after Nursing... Posted: 12-17-07 21:37pm
When period returns after breastfeeding
has ended is it normal to have a period
lasting 13 days? I still have my period
and it's been 13 days of some heavy and
moderate bleeding. Should I be concerned
or is this normal? I haven't had a period
for a little over a year and a half
because of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
There isn't any clotting from what I can
see and I took pregnancy tests before it
that all came up negative so that rules
out miscarriage.
It is sometimes rather heavy then lightens
up some and then sometimes holds a
moderate flow and I wonder if maybe my
hormones are just messed up or what? I had
a moderate-heavy flow for 4 of the days
and the rest of the days have been either
light, moderate or heavy...but sort of
random.

yes you should go see the doctor ok? thats
is TOO much bleeding
your looseing tooooo much blood and that
is BAD!
