Hi,

After running about 200 feet in the snow to catch a ride, I found myself not being able to catch my breath and experiencing increasing nausea. After I got out of the car, as I walked up the house, I was lightheaded and dizzy, still nauseous. My heart rate was faster than normal still, but decreasing, not increasing at least. I had an immediate thirst for water, which may of may not have helped. It took about 30 min for this thing to calm down.

My main concern was that this is a heart problem.

Any suggestions or comments?

They would be greatly appreeciated. Thanks
