Q: Uncumsized Penis - foreskin needs pulled back

Ok, i am 18 year old male.

comparing to the picture below, when i am fully erect my penis is at stage A and needs me to manually pull the foreskin back to get to stage b/c, but when i do pull it back the inner foreskin doesnt show and is restricted by the frenum. am i wrong or is this normal? or is it possible to do this without curcumision?

are you saying that your frenulum isn't allowing you to pull back your foreskin fully? In that case, you have frenulum breve. Does this sound right?
