sperm cant survive in the air
it CAN live inside the womans body for up to 5 days
but if you ejaculated in a cndom then let it sit for a while no the sperm would not live
it would die

If you pulled out the semen and stuck it inside our vagina right away, yes you could become pregnant. But why on earth would you do that?

If you use a condom with spermicide, the sperm dies upon contact with the condom.
In a regular condom, it'll take it a while but it will eventually die.
If you continue having sex once the man has ejaculated into the condom and the sperm somehow leaks into your vagina, chances are the sperm will still be alive (assuming it's non-spermicidal) and can get you pregnant. That's why it's important to pull out soon after ejaculation.

Once sperm is outside the human body it can not live. It can only live within a human bodys tempeture climate. Once its outside the body it dies

Sperm can live in a condom for several minutes if the condom is not spermicidal. It does not die when it hits air if this were the case sperm banks could not function. It also does not die at room temperature because sperm does better when its kept a little bit cooler. However when the liquid around the sperm dries up the sperm do die. The sperm probably wouldn't live longer then 24 hours. However they lose their motility (the ability to swim) much sooner then this.
