Sometimes, i get a very painful stinging feeling all over my skin, as if tiny little people are inside of me poking my skin. and i get really hot, and start to sweat. even if I"m outside and its cold. it started when i was really young, but it wasn't too bad, but now it happens a lot and i don't know what to do
