Is diapers, baby wipes, A&D ointment, plastic bags (for dirty diapers), changing pad, antibacterial hand cleanser, extra change of clothes, pacifier, bottles/formula, burp cloth, small blanket, small toy, didgital thermometer, hairbrush/comb, and one of those buger sucker thingies a good start?

Don't forget little mittens and a hat to keep their heads warm. But other than that you pretty much have everything covered.

scratch mittens arent all that important (not even for cold because hands are usualy covered in the swaddle) and babys like to suck on their hands

but a hat is a deffinant must, id also suggest some lotion, patroleum jelly, socks/botties, bottle of tylenol or mylicon (if you use them), and a camera
