The symptoms of PID vary from woman to woman, and some women have no obvious symptoms at all. When symptoms are present, they may include:

dull pain in the lower abdomen (on one side or both) that may get worse when you walk or move about ( this is what i feel all day)
pain during or after sex (haha would need sex to know this one)
bleeding between periods or after sex ( i had random spotting but now no bleeding at all
lower back pain (either dull or sharp) (wouldnt know if it is sciatica or this)
a sense of pressure or swelling in the lower abdomen (pressure)
fever (often with chills) ( well like a week or 2 ago i had chills and htought i had a fever but my temp came up as 93 and did it again it was 94, so im lost at that)
feeling tired or unwell (lately yepp, ive been sick once a week it seems for a month)
abnormal vaginal discharge ( lots ot yellow discharge today)
nausea, vomiting and dizziness ( i have been dizzy! i thought it was blood pressure meds)
leg pain ( i get it with sciatica)
increased period pain 9 im suppose to be on my period on the 9th but nothing yet)
increased pain at ovulation ( didnt know u ovulate with the IUD)
burning or pain when urinating urinating more frequently than usual, or feeling that you can’t empty your bladder( sometimes i feel like i cant empty my bladder not all the time though)

SO after reading this i defintaley am gonna go get checked out at he drs on monday morning , since if that is what it is antiobiotcs will clear it right up since i beleive i caught it early. Oh the joys, i wonder how do they figure out if you have PID or not or do they just go by symptoms and give the meds and see what happens?

yeah i dont know why i never thought about PID before, and i didnt think dizziness bein related to the IUD, becaus ei am on blood pressure meds too and i havent taken em in a few days so o figured maybe thats why i been soo dizzy, but all in all ijust feel crappy most of the time lately. the cramps didnt start until recently but it says that they can happen on an doff or something. hopefully thats what it is and i can get meds and no more cramps and such.

Ah yeah I didn't want to imply that you did of course, possibly an infection that came from the IUD then.

yeah. oh joy, i need to stop searching things online, the more i read i read about bein hospitalized on IV antibiotics and stuff haha, but i doubt theyd do that her. I mean i can wlak and stuff. so oral antibiotics should be fine. but imh opinh its either that or the IUD out of place, but feeling so crappy most of the timei think that it probably is PID.

Yikes, that doesn't sound good. I've never heard of it before. I hope the doctors can give you something good to clear up whatever you may have.
