i have bad acne on my back and
shoulders....is there any good treamtments
out there that actually work....i use to
use normal soap on my body(irish spring)
and have switched to Neutrogena Acne Body
Wash and it has cleared up a bit but i
still get some big ones here and
there...Is there any good advice for me as
i am in desperate need on some.

Shower with Head and Shoulders CLASSIC
CLEAN shampoo once a day. Use it as a body
wash and your body acne will clear up.
Can't say how long it'll take cuz it
depends on how much acne you have.
I had moderate acne on my body and I
showered with H&S and I was completely
cleared in about a month or so. I was acne
free for MONTHS until I got slammed with
an anxiety/panic attack and it through my
hormones out of wack so I'm battling the
acne again.
If you stop using H&S the acne seems
to come back within a few weeks to a
month, so use it every day.

Anything with TEA TREE... tea tree is
antibacterial, but you dont want something
thats really astringent and going to strip
the skin
so i suggest a body wash that has tea tree
in it
depending where you live

Apply a mixture of water and vinegar (not
too much! this might sting...). You can
put about a cup and a half of vinegar in a
bathtub it really helps to soak with this
solution.
