Its 3am in the morning and i have the
worst acid reflux!!
and i forgot to get some quickease while i
was in town today!! its going to be one of
those nights i think!!
Are there any home remedies that can stop
it so that i can get some sleep?

I'm not really sure on home remedies, but
i had the worst reflux at the end of my
pregnancy. I hated it. I feel your pain.

when u got lay down try sleeping propped
on some pillows itll help some. thats all
i remember but with liam i thought i was
