It is break thru bleeding. Sometimes that happens on birth control.

You don't need to call a doctor. You need to wait and see if your period is late. If it is, take a pregnancy test. Continue to take your birth control until your period/or a positive pregnancy test.

You knew it was risky taking antibiotics and having sex.

I am having the same type of issue. I posted it in the Birth Control forum, but didn't get any answers this past Friday. Anyway, I have been on the pill for 6 years. I started my pack on 12-2, but accidentally missed 12-3. I took 12-3 the same time I took 12-4's dose. Then on Friday 12-14, I started what I thought was my period...but I am not due until 12-26! It is the old brownish stuff coming out. Enough of it that I have to use a tampon. It doesn't look like fresh blood what so ever. In the 6 years that I have been on this same pill, I have missed several at times, but took them as soon as I had remembered. I have never had this happen before. I guess, you would think that when I missed this one pill, that my body would have done this much earlier. It just doesn't make sense. I have family that have gotten pregnant on the pill, even when they took it at the same time!

It wouldn't bother me if I were pregnant. My hubby and I were going to try this past summer, so I went off the pill for one month. There were somethings going on with family/moving to where we decided it would be better to wait, so here I am back on it! Uuugh! Help! I have been totally normal even when I went off several months ago. I have had 4 normal periods since all this! Has anyone had this before?! Let me hear your stories...Please?!

i had a miscarrige over 4 months ago now and ever since my periods have been regular as clock work..but i was due on two days ago but on the due on date i was spotting not enough for a tampon and when i took it out there was nothing there...i put one in just incase today but nothing again...what do you think it could be
please help me
