I may not be on for awhile because my sister called me when I was on the way to the dr's with Luke and my Grandpa passed away this morning. He has been fighting cancer for awhile now and it finally won.

I don't know when the funeral and stuff will be but I might be going to stay with my mom early. This totally sucks that it had to happen right before the holidays. I wanted one more Christmas with him.

It's tough on us but we will get through it. I lost my dad when I was 12 so I know that it does get better with time but I am completely numb today. I know that will only last a few days though.

Oh, and Luke is really sick. I had to take him in so that he could get a nebulizer today. He is getting a lot of fluid in his lungs from his congestion.

Also, I started my period so now I know why I was so moody the past week or so. That's the only good thing that has happened this week.

Look for your cards because I mailed them out yesterday.

So sorry you are going through some hard times. I hate it that your grandfather lost his battle with cancer, and so close to the holidays too. But just remember, his fighting is now over and he is much more comfortable now. I lost my grandfather 12 years ago around this time, I know how hard it can be.

Poor Luke. I hope he gets to feeling better soon. Cheyenne has a bit of a cold, but so far that's all it's been. I'm hoping it doesn't get any worse. I just hate it when babies are sick. Sad

Thanks you guys.

I am comforted by the fact that he went in his sleep and that he was in no pain at the end.

My sister posted a blog about it though with a picture of him and her a few months ago and started crying again. I am already so sick of crying. I don't think that my eyes can make many more tears.

That is quite possibly one of the most beautiful things that anyone has ever said to me.

Thank you everyone. The funeral is going to be Tuesday so I think that I will head up north either Sunday night of Monday morning.

I'm sorry about your grandpa. It's sad. But like the other girls said, he's in a better place and he's not in any kind of pain now. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
