alright, this is how it went...
Last friday afternoon I was moving empty bags out of the way and packing for a two day trip. Next thing I know I can't move without any type of severe pain. It is now Friday of the following week and this pain has not gotten any better and it might have gotten slightly worse.
I figured it could be a sprained muscle so i'm taking advil and resting it. The pattern I am seeing is that as long as my back is straight I am fine. If I move then I am in pain...and when I say pain it feels like a knife or other sharp object being shoved into my l4 or L5, nothing higher or lower. I have no idea how this happened let alone what happened to me and what is wrong.
Any have any clue what this all adds up to? I would really like to know.
Thank you.

Hello Ihokum,

Sorry to read about your back pain. Not good I know.

I would highly recommend that you seek the advice of a medical doctor. And best of all a neurologist/spinal surgeon. Try to find the best doctor you can by talking with those that have been to a spine specialist. Find out who they liked and who they did not like.

I wish you the very best. Stay in touch and let us know how things go for you.
