Dizzyness is my biggest trigger for an anxiety attack, and the glasses that i am wearing now are (Don't laugh) probably at least 15 years old.Could the old glasses be causeing my dizzyness?

Of course. Glasses or no glasses, if you strain your eyes long enough, something going to hurt!! Your eyes will change over the years, so you really need to go to an optometrist for an exam. Some people don't realize how blurred their vision becomes over time and you will probably be surprised on the difference of a new prescription.

I agree. I think it might be time to start looking for a nice new pair of frames to go with the new lenses you need. Depending on age, there are alot of different things that start to changes, even in the blood vessels in back of your eyes can change. Your probable still to young for all that, so I would opt to say have your vision checked before anthing. I worked for an opthalmologist for only a year. But we always said, you only have one set of eyes so treat the with TLC. You may even need prgressive lenses now. I wear no line three tear progressives and have like forever and love them.
