this is a really random question, but if any has an answer for me that would be magnificent! Ill be flying over the holiday and was looking at a list of items that you can't bring on the plane and noticed that it said all prescription medicine would have to match the name on the person's ticket... well i know birth control isnt really "medicine" but it is still prescription, does anyone know if I will have to present my prescription to the airport securtiy people or if there is anything else i need to do to get my birth control on the plane? thanks for the help!

I think it should be okay. Can't you carry it in your purse or pocket?

I was worryid about the same thing when i flew last year. So what i did and this sounds lame lol, is i took out the led of a pen and filled it up with enough of my pills for the time i would be gone, than stuffed it with toilet paper so that it didnt rattle (this was also because im not aloud to be on bc, my mom doesnt approve so it was a way of hiding it) and i had it on my carry on, they didnt say anything about it so i figuar you should be fine even if its in the normal case

I would think you should be ok if it's in your purse or carry on. Just make sure your packet is labeled! If not go to the pharmacy and ask them to put a label on because you are traveling. They should do that for you. Other than that I don't think they care is you have bc but not too sure I've never been on a plane!

Birth control is ok. I flew back in september and I just had them in my purse. They scanned my purse and must have saw them, but nothing happened. So I think you will be fine. Just take a copy of your script with you to be on the safe side.
