First, let me start out with the fact that I have been on birth control for two years. I am nineteen years old. I was originally on birth control due to possibly having endometriosis, and never intended to have sex until I met my current boyfriend, whom I did lose my virginity to last month.

I use to be very lazy with my pills; taking them from anywhere to 2-4 hours late and, at times, forgetting to take them at night (I take them at 10:30PM) therefore taking them the next morning.

This cycle (this packet), I've taken every one on the dot since we've started having sex. We had sex without a condom about a week into my cycle, and he also pulled out. I know that both the pull out method AND birth control have a failure rate.

Is the neglect from previous cycles going to drastically increase my chances of pregnancy, or do you think I'm okay?

No, you are fine now if you are taking them correctly. And not pulling out si not unprotected. You are protected from the bc but doing it is an extra precaution! Your chance of getting pregnant is extremly low doing both. They only have failure rates it the bc was taken incorrectly or in a few cases (including me) it just didn't work. And pull out is a very bad way of protection (hence my first child!) but using both is great!!!! I think you are doing exactly what you should be keep it up!
