hello, 3 years ago i had a submandibular mass {side of neck under jaw bone} removed It had been slow growing without pain. After it was removed the doctor stated to me that it "could" return. Recently I felt another bump in the same place that the first one was. I am very nervous and concerned. I never asked "Why" it could return. Does anyone know why? I smoke by the way.........Sue
