ok so im not going to lie, i have no idea how to cook. i cook sometimes shawn normally does..
today i decided to be brave and make a chicken...a whole chicken....
so i just threw stuff togeather and put it all over the chicken and put some carrots and cellery around the chicken and some inside its butt....
i have no idea if it will be good, im hoping so...
and JUST now shawn asked if i took the bag of guts out of it.. uhm i didnt know there was i didnt see anything... so hopefully my dad took it out when he gave it to us.. it was just in suran wrap so hopefully im not just blind! otherwise there goes my chicken!

i so should have come on here to ask how to make it

Just put the juices in a pan and add flour until it thickens. Take your time with it and about a tablespoon of flour goes a long way in gravies so take your time and don' add too much too fast.
