In think I may be actually having a miscarriage. I just dont really know. I have alot of cramps and stuff. Can anyone help me.

Any bleeding or spotting?
When did the cramps start?
How far a long are you?
Have you have an ultrasound or Drs appointment?

Not Necessarily

Some women have cramping in their early part of pregnancy. Some bleed to. It all depends on the individual. Could be implantation.
