Severe Edema
Thanks for answering. His liver and kidneys are fine. Lungs are clear. they have scoped him to check heart. that is normal. All x-rays of chest are good. pulmonary test is normal. scanned head and doplar of legs normal. His BP and rate are are fine 129/93 90. His oxygen level is very low. 70 he is on oxygen. to bring it to 98. he has lost 55 lbs in 3 days and counting. still on lasix. they think severe sleep apnea? we know he has it but maybe cpap machine isn't working efficiently. they have him on a cpap with oxygen at night and he is comfortable. they think when all the water comes off oxygen will go up. legs are still swollen.
