i am
32 almost 33. just when i thought i was
getting back to that place that happy
innocent place.... the bottom always seems
to fall out. have i given up on the
innocence i left behind? no. i have to
believe that i can get back there somehow
i can't stand the
negativity that pours out of me daily. i
try to fight it, i do. i feel so corrupt
and gone. i had it all together. and now i
don't even recognize myself. ah, to be
innocent again. to feel the wind in my
face and smile. to drive in my car blaring
the music and singing along to my favorite
tunes. thinking, believing that i can do
anything i want to do in life... all i
have to do is go for it. well, i did and
i'm losing it all.
