About 6 months ago I found one small raised area at the base of my penis. It hasn't grown, nor has it spread. I am not a promiscuos type and haven't had unprotected sex since this discovery. Unfortuantely, I don't have any insurance or any extra money. Is this common for genital warts? to only have one "wart"? Are there any ways to determine if or if it isnt' genital warts without going to the doctor?
