i had a stroke a year ago and am having trouble lifting my toes.... has anyone found any good ideas to manually fix this its so painful when the toes go under
has any one had any success relieving tone... eg stretching i am finding a weight ...dive belt around my hand kind of working at least it keeps the arm down so i dont look like a spastic ...no offence guys but its not a good look has anyone had any success with hypnotherapy ,,,visualization ...biomove....masturbation!!!!!
