this is a long story but i will make it really short and simple:

Problem: Wrist pain, dont dissapear.

Short version History: When I was 11 yrs old, playing with friends I injured myself in the right wrist, it was swallowed for almost 3wks, we took x-rays, everything normal no broken bones or out of place things... after a time it got normal, no more pain....

Now im 23 yrs old... received another hit in the same wrist, it hurt for some days and then the pain went by its own. the problem is that i was making some exercises some days later (kind of push ups) and I think i injured again but now the pain dont dissapear at all, actually it gets worse when I am stressed and when the weather is kind of cold...

My question is, is there anything that can do for it?

I havent seen a doctor because usually the pain dissapeared on its own but this time seems to be little different, I am asking this before going to doctor, because if I can do something on my own then I can save some money. Confused

Thanks in advance.

Go see a doctor. The repeated injury may have done some major damage to your wrist. If the doctors does recommend surgery, get a 2nd / 3rd opinion before deciding.
