i have a little boy that will be two in feb. and every since yesterday morning his right eye is really red inside and out and it is very watery i give him childrens tylenol and it goes away until the medicine stops working well now the medicine does not even make it go away

Have you noticed that he is sensitive to lights?
Did he have fever recently?
Is the right eye painful, too?
I'll suggest you to visit an ophthalmologist.
