enlarged vein in eye causes rubbing Posted: 12-10-07 17:51pm
Hi, I am new to the forum, and I guess I
am here because I am looking for answers.
I have been having problems with the vein
in my eye. Over the last two months I can
not stand it. The vein in my right eye,
towards the corner seems to get enlarged
so my eye lid feels it when my eye closes.
I can't not think about it, because my eye
must be telling my brain, something is not
right here.
I want to rub it real bad, but if I do
that I am afraid I will cause the vein to
burst, which has happened in the past. I
have tried to pin point what is causing
this to happen and I can't.
I have gone to two eye doctors that
bascially told me there is nothing to do
about it, try some drops.
But it is getting worse and more often.
Could this be a circulation problem? Like
I said it happens under no special
circumstances.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
