Not eating - where to go for help?
Posted: 12-10-07 17:13pm

Hi
I have posted a problem before but now things are getting really bad! If you read before my friend died and lots of things have gotten me depressed and i compare myself to others and became anorexic.

My friends have all said I am really thin but I cannot get out of the cycle of not eating. when my family tried to force me to eat they couldn't because I immediately threw up!

I need some help because i feel so tired now and I have got a really bad temper everywhere because I am so tired. I think my teachers are beginning to notice and I don't know what to do. Should I tell my teachers what is going on or will that mess things up for me?

I feel like I have no energy or enthusiasm any more! Please can someone give me some advice about what I should because most of my class keep asking me what is going on and i never know what to say. Who should I get involved in this and who should I keep away from this because I dont want to parade this around school..as you can probably guess.

Thankyou for reading this and I appreciate your time and will appreciate any advice you can give me because I am now at a stage where I can see that I need to get urgent help...I just don't know who from.

The best people to talk to are first your parents. Tell them you're ready for help. If that doesn't help then go to your school counsil. They will help you. For me when my friends found out they did nothing but try and have some intervention. But, as the year went on they are now completely supportive and try to help me everyday. They're such a joy to have around. You don't want to end up with alot of health problems like I do. They told me I could have a heart attack at any moment. Scary. I will be here if you need someone to talk to.
