I don't know if it would help. I will try most anything. I have not been to a therapist in years, all you do is pay them to listen. A good forum seems like it would be less expense. I have tens of thousands in trying to feel right.

i have been to many also... i agree. and i hate all that stupid paperwork. what are you going to do at 9:18 pm and such. try breathing... oh gee thanks, didn't think of that.
