Hi my name is Jake and I'm a 15 year old guy and I heard that if you have a lump in your nipple that you should masterbait with witchever hand the lump is on (if you have one in both then switch off hands). I tried it and now the lump on my right nipple is gone! Time to go get rid of the other lump!!!!
Hey guys so i have the same problem as many of you. I am 17 and have had this swelling under my areola for about two years now. I have seen a doctor but he didn't know what it was, he gave me an ultrasound and nothing showed up. I haven't seen a doctor since but i try not to focus on it to much. I have read many other articles like this one but the only answer i can find is time... i am in great shape and i have low body fat but my left nipple begs to differ. I just wanted you guys to know that were all on the same boat and even though time hasn't worked yet, eventually it will. So try not to worry about it and maybe the next thing you know it could be gone. Best of luck to you all!
I have the same problem as all of you guys and i dont know an exact solution but i know the reason behind it and i know of a few methods. The reason certain males have this is because of high estrogen levels which is caused by smoking weed, drinking alot, and even puberty. it is also the post effect of many dieting and workout pills especially when taking testosterone without an estrogen blocker. i recommend ppl to just go to your local vitaman shop or gnc and get an estrogen blocker and start to bench press..benching raises testosterone levels
hello everybody here. for all you people in that are in the 8th grade(or around this grade) with this problem yes it is gynecomastia. however for youyoung guys it is not as bad as it is for the older guys. it is very normal for boys in puberty to get gyno because gyno is cause by a hormonal unbalance in your body and when you are in puberty your hormones are out of control. the easiest way to fix is to do some push ups bench press an other things that will build muscle in your chest and release testosterone. for the older guys at ages 18 and up, yours is more than likely caused from supplement usage an the only way to completely get rid of it is through surgery. many supplements, not just steroids, have negative effects on your body if you do not do the proper research and take proper counter measures. if you take anything that is going to feed your body testosterone, you can and in most cases will "shut down". this means that your body realizes the extra testosterone it is being fed so it stops producing its own and relies solely on whatever supplement you may be taking. and when you stop giving your body the streroid/prohormone/test booster it will take your body some time to realize it is not being fed the testosterone and it needs to power back up. in some cases it never does start working again. but without an anti aromatize/ estrogen block immediately following one of these supplements your test levels will be very low and estrogen will be high which is when the man boobs are formed. if you are one of the out of shape/overweight people it is normal to have it because most over weight people have higher estrogen levels than in shape levels and that makes gyno and the only way for you people to get rid of it is to lose weight and get surgery. surgury is the only solution to this problem. there are other methods that could make the lumps smaller but they will come back eventually. even with surgery the lumps may come back in the future. and if you continue to use supplements without researching first, for sure they will be back.and if you have never taken supplements and have it it may have been caused from stress or eating habbits. xeno-estrogens are in a lot of foods and they could potentially raise your estrogen levels. hope this helped everybody.
All you young people need to take a chill pill. I am pretty sure most of your concerns are only temporary. What you are experiencing is not actual gynecomastia. Its only your body going through change. Its hormones.
Your condition is actually psudogynecomastia that usually disappears as you mature. Its very very common among teenagers. Yes, it does make one uncomfortable but there are things you could do to get rid of man breasts.
Just don't let it bother you much right now. However, if you are older than 25 than you got something to be concerned about. Even then most of the times Gyno is just related to being a bit overweight.
Actual Gyno is rare and is due to glandular tissue being produced by your body like in females. I would advice you to watch what you eat. Avoid soy and other products that contain estrogen. Lifting weights is a good idea but if you don't incorporate cardio in your routine than you can possibly make things appear worse.
Im 22 and ive had it for a while under my left nipple. I had a fatty tumor develop in my back which was no cause for concern. When my nipple began to change in size I still was not worried and I compared it to my back thinking it was nothing. While at the doctors I mentioned it to him and I will be going to two specialists including having a blood sample taken checking for cancer. My doctor was not quick to downplay the lump and explained that testicular cancer can cause an imbalance in hormones creating the lump. He also told me pot can help cause these lumps too. So if you have it get it checked out, could be nothing but it could be very serious
The problem with this disk you all are refferencing is that you all experience the same shape of the nipple into a point. I am a studying radiologist and I too have this problem. Although I have this issue I have come to find a solution. The tissue built up behind the Areola of the nipple is nothing more than a fatty tissue. It can occasionally produce puss and is normal. To have this under your nipple is simply a hormonal imbalance. I started taking a testosterone booster for work out purposes and cam to find out that it not only made my stature immaculate it also reduced the size and portion of the tissue. Which gave me my final conclusion that the tissue behind the nipple is transmitted around puberty and is nothing more than excess breast tissue. Boosting your testosterone or surgery can eliminate the tissue.
Hey Guys, im 23 years old and took a supplement i didn't do any research about which was a hormonal changing sup. i got injured and couldnt train for a few weeks after. this meant that my hormonal balance was all over the place and stopped my body from producing its own testosterone...
this lead to 2 lumps under my chest. one has since gone, the other is still there.
i have recently had it checked out by a specialist who says it may just go away but, if not, the only other option is surgery which is meant to be very easy and straight forward, leaving only a small scare which i will gladly take over what it is now!
DONT take any mixed supplements! your diet is the most important thing to getting a good physique! good luck guys!
Hi my name is Landon and I have the same problem. But what I don't get is I am only in 4th grade and I have a hard flat disk under my right niple!!! Just saw it tonight and wow wonder if I will ever fall asleep! Ugh...
As you might guess i have the same problem as everyone here and I'm only in 9th grade. My total body fat is less then 10% (had to measure and find out in my gym class.) The lump under my nipple isn't awkward to look at but I can definitely feel a lump under my right nipple but not my left one. if it is fat as some of you suggest why only the right nipple

I'm 58 and have a sore right nipple with some mass under it. I exercise regularly, mostly cardio (spin) and some weights. The mass underneath the nipple is very sore to the touch. I have a doctor's appt. in 4 days and will report back at that time.
I have this same lump under my right nipple. I am 19 years old and I am very fit, division 1 track athlete, but still have this lump. The problem came to my knowledge about 2 months ago. I do take whey protein and creatine, but I don't know if these would affect my testosterone levels??? Oh also a daily multi vitamin, fish oil, and melatonin. There is also a small discharge if I squeeze it, which is what is really freaking me out.
I have the same problem, small discs under both nipples, i'm thirteen and in the 7th grade, this problem started after i started the 7th grade, i'm pretty fit & an avid cyclist. Could it be gynecomastia? Is it a part of puberty?
