Compatability of My Vitamins?

Hello all,

I recently was thinking about the vitamins I take and the effect that they have on my body. I'm a fairly healthy 20 year old college student. I'm not eating as well as I should and I am trying to work on that but there are only so many options with a University dinning plan. I work out 1-2x's per week jogging and by the first of the year I'm hoping to be up to 3-4x's per week jogging and lifting weights.
