Tension, Stress, Anxiety, Sleep disorder and sex dysfunction are all caused by mental and physical imbalance.

I have been believing that good body, good sleep, good mind, good sex and good life.

In addition to medical therapy, have you ever thought that you can cure these mental and physical disorders by make changes to your habits and your life.

Try Yoga, Qigong or meditation. I am sure if you focus on one, you will make changes to your life.

I have been haunted by sleep disorder problems but I conquered. I am sure you can also make it if you really want to do it and take it seriously.

Yoga in general has a lot of advantages. A minimum of 20 minutes everyday yoga routine can improve circulation, reduce stress and make one feel young and vibrant...
