Talk to your parents and have them take you to the doctor.

There is no way that I could tell you what's going on. You could have so many different reasons for having these symptoms: could be stress, panic attacks, low oxygen levels from lung problems, etc. I hope it's nothing too bad, just see a doctor.

i started having panic attacks when i was about 14 years old. it's something that can feel like a heart attack sometimes. i would definitely talk to a doctor, it may be a heart condition. they checked my heart and found that everything was fine, but that it must have just been stress related panic attacks even though they would happen sometimes even when i didn't feel stressed. good luck! hope everything is well!

I was getting that at your age and even earlier...It is anxiety related or could bt a panic attack (you sould like you had one of them) Go to the dr and explain to him he will give you ways to control your anxiety. Good luck
