feel swollen and uncomfortable. They don't hurt at all and i cant feel it outside of my neck. Should I be worried about this? I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but i went to the doctor just a few days ago because i was feeling bad, sore throat, runny nose etc. He said I had a viral infection.

Now all my symptoms have gone but the inside of my neck feels swollen.
Can anybody help me with this problem?

The lymph nodes swell during infection but swelling can also be caused by inflammatory conditions, an abscess, or cancer. Typically, the lymph nodes swell rapidly in the early stages of fighting an infection. Lymph, which travels throughout your body in the lymph system, and filters impurities from the body.
