Hi all

I have been diagnosed with IBS, I've a colonoscapy to confirm that nothing else is an issue although I have had precious polyps. I exercise regulary at the gym, drink water eat veges and fruit. I also take metamusil although I have recently given that up it did a big fat zero for me. Now I am trying Chitsan but nothing.

Basically I don't poop much and it gets so bad that my lower lefthand side of my back gets painful. I'm a health consious person and I do look after myself but nothing i try is working. The only thing that works is once a week I've started to take a (one) senokot, now I'm not happy doing this are there any other ideas out there?

Even though its only one tablet I want to be able to poop normally, any help is appreicated - thanks
