It is posible, even on the pill its not 100 percent. Some people it doesn't even really help. Alot of my relatives including my mom and cousin have gotten pregnant while taking the pill, so it works more on some than others.

It's possible that you could become pregnant right away....the above post is right. The pill works differently for everyone.

However, you have to be ovulating to conceive. If you are going off the pill, it might take a while for that to happen, and for your hormone levels to readjust. So do give it time too.
