1 ) well i was wondering like is it natural that when my sperm comes out frist it come out as a clear fluid then it starts to get a little white( as in clear and some white dots are in it ) then it starts to get Pure white as it slowly comes the last of it is clear again.
2 ) my second question is it natural for my left ball to be fairly larger then my right ball becuz it about 1/3 bigger then my right balls and i also can see clearly when i feel my right ball it a round shape ( inside ) not the skin, and on the left side i feel that inside it like round and has alot of lumpy like substances connecting to it feels like gel like bumps. is this a sign of tumor or whatever it called or any sort of cancer? will i beable to a baby in the future becuz this has been going on ever since i was like 12 and now im 17 so that liek 5 years or so and iv ask a couple of ppl and they said it will just go away but it havent. sorry for grammer im to lazy to correct

Especially eHealthy
1) Sounds perfectly normal. The clear part is pre-cum. If you are concerned about the quality and consistency of your sperm please talk to a urologist.

2. If you suspect unusual growths, again please go to a urologist.

1. Correct.

2. Probably not correct, but check it out if you're not sure. Just like breasts, it's normal for one to be larger than the other. What you're feeling is likely simply the epididymis, an area that sperm is stored in and depending on how long it's been since you experienced ejaculation, it can get pretty big. In fact, I had the same thing happen to me, I discovered and thought OH MY GOD CANCER, until I did a little research and found the answer.

Did you read what I said? The answer would be, YES. But if you feel something is wrong, then you are perfectly within your ability to do so, but I doubt there is anything to worry about, you would likely be experiencing pain and massive swelling, not just a little.

help me? Emergency
About 2 months ago I decided to go and play ice hockey with my brother and I went to take a slapshot. My athletic cup pinched my right testicle. The next day I noticed a little swolen purple lump on my right ball near where it was pinched. I figured it was a bruise or something lime that so I ignored it. It has been 2 months since then and I still have this little bump in the same place. It hasn't changed in size, shape or anything. I have been like killing myself with worry so can someone please help me!? Is it normal for a pinch on my testicle to stay there for two months? Is it just a pinch or is it just a coinsidence that I got pinched there at the same time I developed testicular cancer? I really must know ASAP so any help is extremely appreciated. Thanks!

seriously mate no joke, if you contact a doctor you will find out how to go about it. Sometimes it is easy to solve, on the other hand, in some cases, they might have to remove the part of the penis that is infected or even remove the whole penis and reinstate a new one.
