ulcerative colitis with extreme uper back pain

I have ulcerative colitis.. had it for a few years now, im 17, im male.

Recently ive been having extreme upper back (more so round the shoulder blades) and extreme pain around the chest by the rib cages.

It seems to get better pain wise, when i eat food.

Ive tried vicodin, dosent work. My MD perscibed me flexaril but it only goes so far.
