Why don't you ask her? Doesn't sound like a healthy relationship anyways, whether shes cheating on you or not... I would try to talk to her, get her to loosen up a bit.. If she doesn't, get rid of her.. You don't need that crap.

Did she used to let you kiss her and take her out? Or has this always happened? If she has never let you then I would not really call her your girlfriend. But if it is recent then talk to her. But like cherry said that isn't healthy.

Ok, seeing as how I was 15 not that long ago, if I treated a guy like that it would be for the reason that I was ashamed of him, and didn't want others to know that I was going out with him.. Even though I said yes when he asked me out. Sounds like she said yes outta pity buddy.. I would end things and find a girl thats worth your time.

Are you sure you are "going out" with her? If she won't kiss you, or go on a date with you, maybe in her view you are a friend, and she doesn't see you as her boyfriend!
